- A non-exclusive license is issued to the purchaser of the subscription which is valid for the duration of the subscription period
- DS Software Development Services, it’s distributors and agents will not be held responsible for any loss of data
- The Licensee May Not Use, Copy, Modify or Transfer the Program, In Whole or in Part, except as Expressly Permitted in This License
