Should you or your business require any additional dedicated or incident support / maintenance, this can be achieved by acquiring an individual Incident Support Ticket, or by purchasing an Incident Support Bundle.


Dedicated Incident Support:

This Incident Support Ticket is valid for 1 hour of dedicated support.

An Incident Support Ticket will be required for all additional and/or ad hoc support, customisation, development and consultation outside the scope of your Win Accounting licence.
