Your Win Accounting licence provides you with various help and resources options, including access to user guides, getting started documentation and email support with our Support Team.

Should you or your business require any ongoing additional dedicated or incident support / maintenance, this can be achieved by acquiring an Incident Support Bundle.

Dedicated Incident Support:

Each individual Incident Support Ticket is valid for 1 hour of dedicated support.

This bundle contains 5x Incident Support Tickets.

An Incident Support Ticket will be required for all additional and/or ad hoc support, customisation, development and consultation outside the scope of your Win Accounting licence.
